Our company solemnly declares that all metals used or contained in our products and their packaging do not originate from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries, as well as any "conflict minerals" from areas controlled by armed forces in these countries.

In terms of conflict mineral management, the company will fulfill its corporate social responsibility, strictly adhere to international conventions, and establish relevant management systems and regulations during the supply chain management process to effectively identify and trace the sources of raw materials, ensuring the legality of their origins. This is to prevent the use of "conflict minerals" from mining areas controlled by radical organizations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries in Beiliande's products.

Note: Conflict minerals refer to metals such as gold (AU), tantalum (TA), tungsten (W), and tin (SN) that are extracted from mines in conflict areas or originate from mines. Conflict minerals that are illegally traded through taxation routes, controlled by non-governmental military organizations, or are from unconfirmed conflict factions and trade routes, including direct exports from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), as well as exports to Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, and Kenya (countries concerned by the United Nations Security Council regarding minerals extracted from global export routes).
