Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) offers outstanding resistance to both high and low temperatures, excellent resilience, and is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. It provides superior cushioning, sealing, and thermal insulation, making it ideal for applications requiring shock absorption, sealing, soft-touch surfaces, and protective isolation. As a premium material for precision injection molding, LSR offers better aging resistance and superior biocompatibility than conventional TPU and solid rubber. With its excellent resilience, wide operating temperature range, soft-touch feel, precision molding capability, and environmental safety, LSR is widely used in e-cigarettes, wearable electronics, consumer electronics accessories, and sealing components.
