Nano Protective Coatings


Nano protective coatings are manufactured using highly reactive free-radical organic monomers in the vapor phase. Through in-situ deposition polymerization, a dense polymer coating is conformally deposited onto the surface of electronic components, providing complete, all-around protection without blind spots.

The coating thickness is precisely controlled to ensure uniformity. Its dense polymer structure delivers multiple protective functions, including electrical insulation, hydrophobicity, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance.
