301489With an ultra-high in-plane thermal conductivity of ≥1500 W/m·K, Synthetic graphite sheet significantly improves heat dissipation efficiency and delivers excellent heat-spreading performance. As an ideal heat-spreading material, it offers higher in-plane thermal conductivity and lower density than conventional copper and aluminum foils. Synthetic graphite sheet combines outstanding thermal conductivity, high reliability, lightweight and ultra-thin construction, excellent processability, and environmental friendliness.
With a density of 1.7–2.3 g/cm³, approximately 75% that of aluminum and 25% that of copper. Thickness range: 15–100 μm.
(≥1500 W/m·K) delivers excellent heat-spreading performance, rapidly distributing heat in confined spaces for improved thermal management.
With oxidation beginning only above 400°C in air.
Maintaining thermal performance even after 180° bending.
Available in ultra-long continuous rolls for easy processing and die-cutting. Compatible with a wide range of materials
