Chairman Ren Zemin leads by example, launching the Happy SQ Care Fund and calling on all caring team members to "perform one act of kindness every day". The fund supports a range of causes: financial aid for underprivileged students, various community charitable donations, assistance for employees facing hardship, support for employees or their family members with illnesses, and educational grants for employees’ children.
