STP Thermally Conductive Silicone Pads

STP thermal silicone shim is an elastomer thermal interface material filled with ceramic particles for improving thermal conductivity. The product has the characteristics of flexibility, insulation, compressibility and natural viscosity on the surface. It is mainly used to conduct the heat between the heat source and the heat sink, reducing interface thermal resistance, insulation and shock absorption. It is an excellent thermal interface filler which can be widely used in electronic products. Thermal conductive filling shims require no backing gel for they are self-adhesive. For some special demands, single-sided or double-sided non-stick products are also available for easy operation.
