Product Introduction
Roll synthetic graphite is a new type of heat-conducting and heat-dissipation material with high crystallinity , high crystal orientation and low lattice defects made from high-precision polyimide film. The synthetic graphite can improve the heat dissipation efficiency and achieve the “soaking” effect for its ultra-high thermal conductivity of over 1500 W/m·K. Synthetic graphite film is an ideal material for thermal diffusion for its higher thermal conductivity and lower density than traditional copper foil and aluminum foil materials. Synthetic graphite film enjoys high thermal conductivity and high reliability, and is thin, easy for process and environmentally protective.

Product features:
Lighter and thinner than conventional thermal conductive materials: 1.7-2.2 g/cm3 is equivalent to 75% of the density of aluminum and 25% of copper. Thickness: 15-50um
High thermal conductivity: Ultra-high thermal conductivity absorption above 1500 W/m.K, good soaking, and rapid diffusion of heat in a small space
Good thermal stability: The products start to oxidize with the temperature above 450 °C
Good flexibility: bending it to 180° will not damage the performance
Easy for die-cutting: Ultra-long continuous roll can be mixed with other materials for more design pattern
