The soft nanocrystalline magnetic alloy material refers to as a soft magnetic alloy material with ultrafine grain (~10 nm) obtained when the amorphous alloy goes through crystallization and anneal. The remarkable characteristics of this new type of functional metal material are short manufacturing process, one-step molding and energy saving. Furthermore, adjusting the alloy composition can make its magnetostriction close to zero and lead to more excellent soft magnetic characteristics, high saturation magnetic induction (Bs) of iron-based amorphous alloy as well as strong magnetic permeability and low loss of cobalt-based amorphous alloy.
