STZ thermal grease, for its high thermal conductivity and low viscosity, can form extremely low thermal resistance and thus are suitable for high power devices. The thermal grease, for its good viscosity control, can be coated on the surface of the heat-generating devices.the heat sink by screen printing. After installation, it can form good wetting with the two interfaces and reduce the contact thermal resistance of the system. Besides, with non-silicon system thermal grease, it can be applied in LED, optical communication and other silicon fields. All thermal greases can meet the requirements of a wide range of applications since they are subjected to rigorous reliability tests.
